Apartment Decs

All apartments have air conditioning/ heat, cable TV, full baths (with a tub/shower combo and hairdryers), and full kitchens ( all units are non-smoking). Each kitchen has a 4 burner stove with an oven, small refrigerator with freezer, sink, upper and lower cabinets, and is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and a coffee maker. Daily maid service is provided. Coffee and tea are served each morning in the Main House.

Apt. 1 (garden level front, Main House)
A very large living room has a sliding glass door which opens to a view of the lawn and ocean. This room also includes a double bed and a day bed. A separate small bedroom has one double bed. Accommodates up to 5 people in 2 rooms

Apt. 2 (garden level front, Main House)

Living room's sliding glass door opens to view of the lawn and ocean. This large room includes a full-sized sleep sofa. Two bedrooms are also included. The front bedroom faces the ocean and has a double bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Accommodates up to 6 people in 3 rooms.

Apt. 3 (garden level side, Main House)
A large room with two twin beds on one headboard, plus a day bed for a third person. It has the same kitchen equipment as larger apartments. Accommodates up to 3 people in 1 room.

Apt. 25 (separate house at ocean’s edge)

Expansive view of ocean from living room which includes full-sized sleep sofa. Separate bedroom has two double beds. Accommodates up to 5 people in 2 rooms.

Apt. B1 (first floor, Carriage House)
L-shaped living room opens to courtyard, and includes studio couch for one person. Larger bedroom has twin beds. Small bedroom has one double bed. Accommodates up to 6 people in 3 rooms.

Apt. B2 (second floor, Carriage House)
Sliding glass door opens from living room to large deck with ocean view (limited view from the room itself). Full-sized sofa bed for two in living room. Separate bedroom has double bed and twin bed. Side door opens to a second deck. Kitchen, bath. Accommodates up to 5 people in 2 rooms.

Apt. B4 (second floor, Carriage House)
Similar to B2. Sliding glass door opens from living room to large deck with ocean view (limited view from the room itself). Full-sized sofa bed for two in living room. Separate bedroom has two double beds.
